Currently, the trial classes and the L1 class opening on 31/10 are all held at Vinhomes Grand Park. Tong Gia does not yet have vocational classes in District 12, Gò Vấp or Hóc Môn. If this changes in the future, reception will let you know when you register.

• A cross-city trip. Going from District 12, Gò Vấp or Hóc Môn to Vinhomes Grand Park means traveling from the northwest to the east of Ho Chi Minh City. Check the travel time on a map from your home and leave early, especially on Saturday mornings.
• Exact location. When confirming your place, reception sends you the class location via Zalo. On the Friday evening before class you get a reminder message with the location, and on Saturday morning a short phone call.
• Travel together to make it easier. If friends or family also want to learn, sign up for the same session and travel together.
• The trial class lasts three and a half hours. A long trip for a session with real practice and direct hand correction is usually worth more than a short introductory session close to home.

People learning a trade are usually willing to travel further than service clients, because they are learning a whole profession. But try one session first to see whether the journey works for you, before thinking about the longer levels.

What you learn in Tong Gia's acupressure classes

The classes follow a 4-level ladder built by Lương Y Tống Văn Huynh, in the spirit of "learn to understand the body first, then learn to lay hands on it":

• Free trial class: observing posture, gait and the spine; doing a basic back-balancing routine with your own hands; the Lương Y corrects your hands. See the free Saturday-morning acupressure trial class.
• L1 Introduction to Y Tướng Học (face reading for wellness) (1.500.000đ): reading the complexion and body shape, the 5 body types and the 3 observation zones; daily wellness routines; a few acupoints that are safe for self-care.
• L2 Core Skills: muscle release and acupressure for the neck, shoulders and upper back, lower back and legs; Tong Gia's standard 90-minute session routine; communicating with clients.
• L3 Expert and L4 Master and Transfer for practitioners and business owners.

• Trial class: every Saturday morning, 8:30 to 12:00, free, 10 people per session so the Lương Y can guide each person. When Saturday is full, an extra Sunday-afternoon session at 14:00 may be opened; reception will let you know when you register.

• Format: in-person classes at Vinhomes Grand Park, small groups, lots of practice hours.

Classes are taught by Lương Y Tống Văn Huynh, founder of Huyệt Đạo Tống Gia, who leads the class in person and corrects students' hands. Tong Gia has two branches, District 12 and Vinhomes Grand Park, caring for clients every day with Y Tướng Học and the spinal nerve-reflex balancing method, so what is taught in class is a routine in real use.
